Dr. Elsa Abboud is a full-time Assistant Professor in the College of Business Administration at the American University of the Middle East. Dr. Abboud holds a PhD degree in Management and a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from University Paris Pantheon Assas, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik.
She is currently teaching undergraduate and graduate courses related to HR and Management. Her research interests focus on Equality, Diversity, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability.
